Tracey
Henry joined the firm as an associate in 2002, after articling
with the firm. Tracey’s practice focuses on labour relations
law and construction labour law. Tracey represents clients in
grievance arbitration and before the Ontario Labour Relations
Board and other administrative tribunals, including the Human
Rights Commission.
Tracey’s
practice also involves providing education and training to union
stewards and union members in all areas of labour law including
collective agreement negotiations and human rights issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Tracey worked as a business agent
for the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 3903, representing
teaching assistants and contract faculty at York University.
Tracey integrates her longstanding commitment to the promotion
and protection of workers’ rights and human rights into
all aspects of her practice.
Tracey currently serves as a Member at Large on the Ontario
Bar Association’s Labour Relations Section Executive and
is a member of the Canadian Bar Association.
