In July 2010, Alexander Chapman filed a complaint with the Canadian Judicial Council (CJC), alleging sexual harassment and discrimination by the Honourable Lori Douglas, Associate Chief Justice of the Manitoba Court of Queen’s Bench ("Douglas, ACJ"), and her husband, Jack King (the "Chapman Complaint").
