Liz McIntyre Retires from Cavalluzzo LLP

Liz retired from the firm effective April 30, 2017. Liz was a senior partner at our firm, acting on behalf of trade unions, members, individuals and groups in the areas of labour, constitutional, administrative, human rights and professional discipline law. In 2008, Liz was counsel at the inquest into the murder of nurse Lori Dupont and the suicide of Dr. Marc Daniel at Hôtel-Dieu Grace Hospital in Windsor, a case that has led to significant changes in approaches to violence in the workplace. Liz is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1978. Her practice is being continued by other lawyers in the firm as follows:
