CUPW in the Supreme Court of Canada

On December 10,2018, Paul Cavalluzzo and Adrienne Telford appeared on behalf of CUPW at the Supreme Court of Canada in Canada Post Corp v Canadian Union of Postal Workers. The case was before the Court on appeal from the Federal Court of Appeal and considers whether annual safety inspections mandated under the Canada Labour Code must include only work places that are under an employer's "physical control", regardless of whether an employer is capable of inspecting the area where work is done. Amanda Pask also represented CUPW in this appeal. CUPW's factum can be found here.

Additional materials, including a webcast of the argument, can be found at this link.
