Ontario Labour Relations Board: Recent Cases: July 1998 to August 1999

In this paper we outline some recent cases of interest decided by the Board. We begin by looking at some of the jurisprudence that has emerged from the July 1998 amendments to the Labour Relations Act in Bill 31, which were the subject of much speculation last year.
