Bio

Robyn is a partner at the firm. Robyn's practice focuses primarily on labour law, education law and workers' compensation law. Robyn appears regularly as counsel at grievance arbitrations, at the Worker's Compensation Board and Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, at the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, at the Ontario College of Teachers and at the Ontario College of Early Childhood Educators. As part of her education law practice, Robyn works closely with teachers and other educators on collective agreement, workers' compensation, human rights, professional regulation and criminal matters. Robyn also represents and advises unions, union members and individuals with respect to workplace investigations and she acts as a union nominee in interest arbitrations. 

Robyn is a strong advocate for her clients but also ensures that they have thorough and practical advice so they can make the best decisions possible. In addition to advising clients and advocating on their behalf, Robyn provides training to union members with respect to various aspects of labour law and education law. Robyn provides legal services in English and French.

Robyn received her LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario. She summered and articled with the firm and she was an associate at the firm prior to becoming a partner.
