Congratulations to Jeffrey Andrew on the publication of the Second Edition of Labour Relations Board Remedies in Canada

Labour Relations Board Remedies in Canada, Second Edition is a comprehensive work that covers the remedial orders issued by labour relations boards across the country. It is updated annually, and provides an excellent overview of procedures for dealing with board applications, the wide array of remedies available, and compares similarities and differences between jurisdictions. Among the many topics considered are remedial certification, remedies during organizing drives, bargaining orders, cease and desist orders and the many forms of compensation that may be awarded. The text is an extensive revision to the first edition by Kerr, Wright and Raso.

Labour Relations Board Remedies in Canada is published by Canada Law Book. To download the brochure, please click here.
