Slansky v. Canada (Attorney General), 2011 FC 1467

This is an appeal pursuant to Rule 51 of the Federal Courts Rules, SOR/98-106 [Rules] of a decision of Prothonotary Milczynski dated April 19, 2011, whereby she ordered the Canadian Judicial Council (“CJC” or “Council”) to produce portions of a report in which it alleges the existence of various privileges.
