The purpose of this working paper is to identify crucial policy and legal issues for the World Bank’s June 2, 2005 learning dialogue. This dialogue is to initiate discussions and ideas which will contribute to the understanding by Bank Staff, decision-makers and policy makers of the gender impact of international trade and labor policies.
