Patricia D'Heureux  teaches a course on workplace impairment at Elementary Teachers' Federation of Ontario "Beyond the Basics" conference.  Patricia spoke about what impairment can look like, different causes, and potential legal consequences to members, and provided advice on how the union can support and represent members who are facing allegations of being impaired at work.
