We are looking for second-year law students who are interested in workers’ rights, social justice and hands-on learning experience.
Cavalluzzo participates in the November summer student recruitment process. However, we do not participate in the on-campus interview process.
For the summer of 2020, we will be accepting applications and conducting interviews in accordance with LSO guidelines. The dates for the 2020 procedures will be updated when available.
For those students selected for an interview, we require a writing sample (i.e. appropriately anonymized pleadings or submissions from clinic work, or a law school paper or research assignment).
Application packages should include a covering letter, resume, undergraduate, graduate (if applicable) and law school transcripts, as well as reference letters and/or contacts for at least two references along with information about how we can contact your references in November.
Cavalluzzo is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from women, members of racial minorities, indigenous persons, persons with disabilities, and persons of any sexual orientation, gender identity or expression.
Cavalluzzo is committed to accessible employment practices that are in compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act ('AODA'). If you require accommodation for a disability during any stage of the recruitment process, please notify email@example.com.
We accept applications by email. If applications are sent by email, we may request physical copies of transcripts. Please send application materials in a single pdf; our system will not accept zip or other compressed files.
