Bio

Kevin joined Cavalluzzo as an associate in 2026 after summering and articling with the firm. He practices in the areas of labour law (including construction labour law) and employment law.

Kevin received his B.C.L./J.D. from McGill University’s Faculty of Law in 2025. While at law school, he served as an editor for the McGill Journal of Sustainable Development Law, a caseworker at McGill’s chapter of the Innocence Project, and a labour relations assistant for AMUSE (a union representing casual employees at McGill).

Kevin’s interest in legal advocacy was sparked while he was working for a large grocery store chain during high school: he became inspired seeing how his senior colleagues were deeply engaged in a strike for better pay. From thereon he took this concern for social justice to the classroom by specializing in political philosophy in his undergraduate and graduate studies. With his current practice, Kevin seeks to tangibly work towards the sort of just world he thought deeply about in academia.

Prior to law school, Kevin also received a Master of Arts in Philosophy from Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Philosophy from the University of Ottawa.
