Cavalluzzo represents a putative class of former and current employees of the Cineflix group of companies, which together produce factual television in Ontario, and elsewhere. We have filed a class action on behalf of the putative class seeking general damages of $35 million, plus other compensation for all such individuals who did not receive these entitlements in recent years.
