Jim Robbins Speaks at 8th Biennial Construction Labour Relations Conference

Jim Robbins speaks at the 8th Biennial Construction Labour Relations Conference.  He will be participating in a panel entitled:  "Effective Anti-Harassment Programs and Investigations for the Construction Site".  This session will discuss both Ontario and federal requirements for addressing workplace violence and harassment, the drafting and development of programs and policies to comply with the law, communication of policies to employees, and conducting a fair investigation.
