The Supreme Court of Canada released its decisions in two important pay equity cases. Those decisions delivered key wins for women’s pay equity rights.The Equal Pay Coalition joined with the Women's Legal Education Action Fund and the New Brunswick Coalition for Pay Equity to intervene in the cases.Fay Faraday and Jan Borowy, co-chairs of the Equal Pay Coalition, represented the Coalition at the Supreme Court of Canada.The Equal Pay Coalition's summary of the decisions may be found here.
