The Firm has transitioned back to operating mainly in person. At present, we are maintaining the following precautions.

We ask all who attend our offices to:

  • Wear a mask in common spaces (those without their own mask can obtain one from our reception area);
  • Complete the Ontario Government Self-Assessment online (https://covid-19.ontario.ca/screening/worker/) or the paper format available from our reception.  The result online or the completed form should be returned to our reception (dpellerin@cavalluzzo.com);
  • Either confirm double-vaccination for COVID or self-administer a rapid COVID test provided at our reception.

As provided in the Self-Assessment, those who have COVID symptoms or have tested positive for COVID within the time parameters noted should not attend the office.  We will be happy to provide remote meeting alternatives.

We look forward to seeing more of our existing clients in person, continue to welcome new clients and encourage anyone with an employment, labour, professional regulation, human rights, Charter rights, Aboriginal rights, class action or public law issue to contact our intake line at 416-964-1115 or contactus@cavalluzzo.com.
