On October 3, 2011, Commissioner Cunningham released his report on the Mississauga Judicial Inquiry, titled "Updating Ethical Infrastructure". Mayor McCallion was represented at the Inquiry by Freya Kristjanson and Elizabeth McIntyre, with the assistance of Benjamin Rossiter and Adrienne Telford.
