The Class Action against the Ontario Government with respect to its decision to cancel the Basic Income Pilot has been certified. This Class Action commenced nearly 5 years ago, in March 2019, and was brought on behalf of the 4,000 low-income individuals who participated in the Ontario Basic Income Pilot.
