Amanda Darrach and Chris Perri speak at the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans' Canadian Legal and Legislative Update.  They will co-chair a panel entitled "Legal Considerations for Accommodating Diversity and Disability in Benefit Plans", which will examine recent human rights and disability accommodation issues confronting trustees and plan sponsors.  They will also participate in an open forum, allowing participants to learn more about the changing legal, social and economic landscape affecting pension and benefit plans and corresponding trustee and plan sponsor duties, obligations and legal requirements.
