Patricia D'Heureux speaks at Osgoode's Certificate in Human Rights Theory and Practice Conference.  Patricia spoke on the issue of competing human rights, using the decision of the Supreme Court of Canada decision in Trinity Western University v. Law Society of British Columbia as a case study to illustrate the legal analysis that is applied and the competing arguments and findings that arose with respect to the facts at issue in that case and in the lower court decisions leading up to the case.
