Cole Eisen, a 2019 Cavalluzzo summer student and law student at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, was announced as the winner of the Canadian Bar Association’s 2019 Labour and Employment section student essay contest.  A copy of his paper, “The Dual Aspect of Canadian Unions:  Public and Private Issues in the Context of Internal Trade Union Disputes” can be found here.
