Stephen Moreau is quoted today in both The Law Times and The Lawyers Daily, commenting on the Ontario Court of Appeal's recent decision in Rahman v Cannon Design Architecture Ltd, 2022 ONCA 451. In this decision, the Court of Appeal allowed Ms. Rahman's appeal, holding that the termination provisions found in her contract violated the Employment Standards Act and were therefore void.

Moreau, who represented Ms. Rahman, stated: "We were very pleased with the outcome, and the fact that the court reiterated the key principles that apply in this area."
