Tentative Settlement Reached in Manulife Class Action

On January 31, 2017, we announced that this matter has been settled for $69 million CAD. Please see our press release here or here in French.

This settlement must be approved by the courts of Ontario and Quebec before becoming final. Official notices of settlement with further details regarding the settlement approval process will follow.
