New class action claims damages for unpaid vacation and holiday pay

Cavalluzzo lawyers Stephen Moreau, Chris Perri and Genvieve Cantin, in conjunction with lawyers from Roy O’Connor LLP and Whitten and Lublin LLP, have commenced a proposed class action against the Royal Bank of Canada, Dominion Services, or RBC-DS. The class action alleges that RBC-DS has failed to pay a Class of its investment advisors and others the vacation and holiday pay it owed pursuant to provincial and territorial employment standards legislation.
